Robert Foucha is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief Diver with two decades of operational, leadership, and training experience in some of the service’s most demanding missions. He has served in deep sea diving and hyperbaric chamber operations, international maritime law enforcement, tactical boat operations, and the instruction of high-risk courses including the U.S. Navy/Coast Guard Second Class Diver course, Joint Diving Officer program, Cold Water & Ice Diving, and Coast Guard Boat Forces & Aviation Underwater Egress training.
